Part of Northern California’s largest network of Jewish day camps.  Known for creative programs, exciting activities and trips, lots of spirit, and love for the outdoors at beautiful Lake Temescal.
Camp’s success lies in lively and enthusiastic counselors who serve as role models, offering the children lasting friendship. Campers are imbued with pride in their heritage and a love for the land of Israel.
Campers experience the excitement of Shabbat parties, challah baking, spirited singing and the Grand Shabbaton. Overnights to American River and Santa Cruz Boardwalk.

Sports and Activities: Campers become sports enthusiasts with fun games that emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship.

CGI on the Go: Twice a week, campers head out to local places of interest, which may include Adventure Playground, ice skating, rock climbing, fruit picking, a Giants Ball Park tour, Alameda County Fair, Six Flags and more.

Artists at Work: Campers create a wide array of fun and useful arts and crafts projects, incorporating Jewish themes.

The Wetter the Better: CGI offers swimming at CAL Strawberry Canyon pool, as well as fun in the sun on the sandy beach of Lake Temescal.
