Ex-Bay Area ADL director dies in Marin

A former director of the Bay Area region of the Anti-Defamation League, Irving Babow, died in Novato on June 29. He was 87.

He was director of the ADL during World War II.

His wife, Frances, died in 1995. He is survived by his daughter Robin Rowe of Boone, N.C.
