JERUSALEM (JTA)—Feminist scholars meeting at Israel’s modern Orthodox Bar-Ilan University called for a radical restructuring

In a related development, what is believed to be the first program in Israel to grant degrees in women's and gender studies is slated to accept its first students next fall. The program at Tel Aviv University is being funded by the National Council of Jewish Women.
