Turkey Burgers with Two Mustards

Serves 8-10

2 lbs. ground turkey
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. grainy mustard
2 Tbs. hot-sweet mustard
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
2 Tbs. chopped green onion
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Form into 8-10 patties. On a preheated grill, cook about 5 minutes per side. Serve with toasted buns and relishes.
