No, we're not talking about the second season of "The Walking Dead." These zombies are a little more prettified, and definitely more vocal - screaming, crying teenage girls. That's right - Justin Bieber is coming to Tel Aviv.</p> <p>JB will be performing at TA's Yarkon Park on April 14. A crowd of 60,000 hysterical teens is expected to attend, and the concert will reportedly cost $1.5 million to produce.</p> <p>The visit is somewhat notable because Israel recently "won" a contest in which fans voted on which country Beebs should add to his "My World" tour. Over the summer, the Justin Bieber My World website polled visitors on what country JB should visit next. Thanks to the...great...minds at notorious Internet forum 4chan, North Korea won the contest (and was summarily disqualified). However, Israel came in second - presumably an effort on the part of Israeli Bieber fans, and not an insinuation that Israel would be a North Korea-esque hellhole to which to send Justin Bieber.</p>
