(American’s oldest synagogue), Frank Lloyd Wright’s modern Beth Sholom Congregation in Elkins Park, Pa., and the Hungarian-inspired Central Synagogue in New York City are among the selections.    </p> <p>The 16-month Jewish and Gregorian calendar includes all major Jewish and secular holidays and candlelighting times.
