David and Renée Zeimer of Moraga, California, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Jamie Kay Zeimer to Adam York, son of Rick and Linda York of Davis, California.
Jamie is a 2002 graduate of Campolindo High School. She attended San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s in finance. She currently works as a financial analyst for a utility company in San Diego.
Adam is a 2002 graduate of Davis Senior High School. He graduated in 2008 from SDSU with a degree in mechanical engineering. Adam is a project engineer for a defense company in San Diego.
The bride is the granddaughter of Pearl Joseph Zeimer and the late Daniel Carroll Zeimer of San Francisco and Greenbrae, California, and the late Dr. Samuel and Beatrice Krause of New York.
The bridegroom is the grandson of Marcheta Billings Sluyter and the late Leroy Sluyter of Napa and the late Christine Hitchcock York and Perry York of Pioneer, California.
The couple met at college and were engaged on November 6, 2009. They will be married on October 2, 2010 in San Diego.
