The Jewish Museum in New York sells about a dozen varieties of candles.</p> <p>Candles to choose from this year include: ivory beeswax candles, make-your-own candles, graduated multi-colored candles, multi-color metallic candles and blue-frosted candles. The ivory beeswax candles, made in Israel by Kassel Candles, feature a honeycomb pattern. Kassel also offers a make-your-own kit that comes with red, blue, yellow and green beeswax sheets to roll around wicks. — <em>ap</em></p>
