Message: <br /><br /> If you are having trouble reading this email, you may view this article online at: http://www.jweekly.com/40084/full/40084/discover-campus-treasures-on-oct.-18-and-other-hightligts-of-the-ofjccgrand/ <br /><br /> <b>Discover campus ‘treasures’ on Oct. 18 and other highlights of the OFJCC grand opening</b> <br /> Wednesday, October 7, 2009 | by <br /><br /><p>The Oshman Family Jewish Community Center will celebrate its grand opening by offering an array of activities for all ages from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 18.</p> <p>“Treasures of the Oshman Family JCC” will showcase the JCC’s programs and facilities at its new home on the Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life at 3921 Fabian Way in Palo Alto. All entertainment and activities are free.</p> <p>“We’ll have something for everyone, from teens to seniors to families with young children,” said Amy Grossmann, community events director of the OFJCC. “Our grand opening is a chance to sample everything we have to offer and to experience firsthand what a special place this is.”</p> <p>The day’s activities are designed to entice people to wander the 8.5-acre campus and discover its “treasures,” including yoga classes, Israeli folk music, lectures and hands-on art projects.</p> <p>Children and adults can complete a treasure map and enter to win prizes along the way.
