Not Ari Weinstein - he hacked into the gift a few shorts hours after the Torah portion. Now 15, Weinstein has become something of an Internet star, a hacker legend, an e-hero, an Apple-code-breaking bon vivant. His recent summer hacking hijinks have been reported by <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/07/08/video-15-year-old-spends-summer-jailbreaking-iphones/">Engadet </a>and <a href="http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124692204445002607.html">The Wall Street Journal</a>. </p> <p>The WSJ piece explains: "Ari is part of a loose-knit group of hackers that has made it a mission to "jailbreak" Apple's iPhone and iPod touch. The term refers to installing unapproved software that lets people download a range of programs, including those not sanctioned by Apple."</p> <p>Have a good summer, young Weinstein!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
