Message: <br /><br /> If you are having trouble reading this email, you may view this article online at: http://www.jweekly.com/36994/full/36994/cranberry-orange-chutney-for-latkes/ <br /><br /> <b>Cranberry Orange Chutney (for latkes)</b> <br /> Tuesday, February 3, 2009 | by <br /><br />Makes about 3 cups<br />11⁄2 cups cranberries<br />1⁄2 cup orange juice<br />11⁄2 cups orange marmalade<br />1 small cinnamon stick<br />4 whole cloves<br /><br />Place the cranberries, orange juice, marmalade, cinnamon stick and cloves in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, and allow to simmer for several minutes, until the cranberries pop and the sauce thickens. Cool thoroughly, remove the cinnamon stick and cloves, and serve with latkes.<br />(Rebecca Ets-Hokin)<br />
