Message: <br /><br /> If you are having trouble reading this email, you may view this article online at: http://www.jweekly.com/36981/full/36981/albondiguitas-spanish-meatballs/ <br /><br /> <b>Albondiguitas (Spanish Meatballs)</b> <br /> Tuesday, February 3, 2009 | by <br /><br />Makes about 40<br /><br />1 lb. ground beef<br />1 cup fine bread crumbs<br />1 egg, beaten<br />1 onion, finely chopped<br />2 cloves garlic, finely chopped<br />4 Tbs. olive oil dash of freshly ground nutmeg<br />1/2 tsp. chopped oregano<br /><br /><br />Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch balls, and place them in an oven-safe baking dish. Roast the meatballs in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
