Gideon Hausner Jewish Day School will honor its coaches and athletes with a banquet on June 1.
The Palo Alto school boasts an 80 percent student participation rate on one or more of its athletic teams, which include volleyball, soccer, flag football and even bowling.
Though only in its second year of competing in the Small Schools’ Intermediate League, both the boys and girls basketball teams went undefeated.
