His case has gone to the federal justice minister, who will decide whether to act on a judicial ruling last week that Seifert should be extradited.</p> <p> Seifert's lawyer, Doug Christie, says he will appeal the ruling and sought bail for his client at Tuesday's hearing since Seifert allegedly posed no risk of flight.</p> <p> </p>
