In any agreement, One Israel will insist that Jerusalem remain the undivided capital of Israel. There will be no return to the 1967 borders, with the Oslo agreement forming the framework for future talks. Most settlements presently in blocs will remain in Israeli hands. One Israel will not agree to the unilateral declaration of a Palestinian state but is in favor of a physical separation of the two peoples. A Palestinian-Jordanian confederation is the preferred option.
LEBANON
Israel has no territorial demands in Lebanon but the current situation demands the Israel Defense Force’s presence there to protect residents in the Galilee. An agreement must include the appointment of a diplomatic body responsible for preventing terrorism. Until that point, One Israel would continue to support IDF operations in Lebanon. A withdrawal would be phased, with Syrian involvement.
