Fuzzy indie pop quartet The Pains of Being Pure at Heart returns to San Francisco next week.

The Brooklyn-based band is set to play The Independent next Tuesday, Nov. 9 with Weekend and Grave Babies. Tickets are $15 (hint, buy at the Indy’s box office to avoid service charges).

POBPAH is front by Hebraic vocalist and guitarist Kip Berman, who may or may not be the Jewish Morrissey.
