Rykarda Parasol’s record release party!

Noir rock musician and vocalist Rykarda Parasol’s 7-inch vinyl release show will be Sept. 24 at Bottom of the Hill. Just 300 copies of the record will be released, which includes two unreleased tracks by Parasol, including “Your Safety is My Concern.”

Parasol, previously profiled by j., is the musically prolific daughter of a Holocaust survivor and an effervescent Swede. Her low-octave vocals lend themselves well to brooding, impassioned rock melodies.

The record features collaborations with Rob Easson of Lilofee and SF band, Mister Loveless.
