Jewish taco truck? It’s true!

Street food is officially the culinary wave of the future. As you know, San Francisco is already home to a few Jewish vendors, but now, Los Angeles is privy to its very own Jewish taco truck — the Takosher.

The certified Glatt kosher taco truck delivers The Original Latketaco (potato, cilantro, onions and roasted chipotle chiles; topped with apple jalapeño chutney), The Original Brisketaco (raised and slow-cooked with chili sauce, sauerkraut, raisins) and for the veggie-lover in your life (me) there’s Fujitas, baked tofu marinated in mesquite and garlic; sautéed fajita style with grilled peppers, onions and lime.

I’m literally salivating.
