Charlotte Gainsbourg at Amoeba this Saturday

Oh how I love Record Store Day! Founded in 2007, the celebration of independent records stores across the country takes place this Saturday, April 17.

In addition to limited edition records and free live concerts, there's also the occasional rock/pop giant on hand, lurking around your favorite little vinyl  shop. 

In San Francisco? (Jewish) singer Charlotte Gainsbourg will be holed up at
Amoeba Records signing her latest release IRM from 12 'til 2 p.m.
