Unfortunately, many kosher factory foods leave a lot to be desired when it comes to the health of their consumers. All too many are loaded with too much salt. Manischewitz gefilte fish also contains MSG, to which many people are allergic. But if you are looking for gluten-free (no wheat) gefilte fish, Rokeach does make a version which is both gluten-free and MSG-free. But don’t eat too much of it. Even Rokeach uses a lot of salt in its product.
