1. Israeli superstars Monotonix will be at the Independent next week, Sept 17 2. Glorious East Bay indie hip hoppers Why? are set to headline the Great American Music Hall on Oct. 17 (interview with Jewish singer Yoni Wolf to come) 3. Brooklyn-based megastars MGMT will travel to west to headline the first night of the Treasure Island Fest (more on this Jewish hipster duo in a future blog)
