DJs from Israel, SF spin for a good cause

Leaving the office after a dizzying day of returning emails, crafting articles, answering phone calls and processing photos, I often find it difficult to go anywhere but straight home. But when I can cruise by a hip joint for cocktails and DJS to help support the local Jewish community? I'm all over it.

JCCSF's The Hub is hosting a happy hour fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m. May 20 at 330 Ritch (the name and location of said hip joint) in San Francisco. While cocktails are flowing, Jewish DJs will be spinning. The fundraiser will feature sets by DJ Sabbo (Israel), DJ Teeko (SF) and more.

The $10 cover will support JCCSF's Kosher Lunch Program, which provides more than 18,000 nutritious meals per year to seniors at risk of social isolation and poor nutrition.
