The Lisa and Douglas Goldman Fund has issued emergency grants totaling $75,000 to help Israel in a time of need. Checks for $25,000 have been written to the Stop the Sirens Campaign (launched by Jewish Federations of North America), Magen David Adom and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.

“Israel is a first line of defense against a collection of terrorist groups that genuinely hope to attack and destroy the United States and our American way of life,” Doug Goldman said in a statement. “These [grantees] are being supported by the Lisa and Douglas Goldman Fund in order to assist in relieving the pain and suffering of those who have been directly hurt and injured by the warfare.”
