A dangerous connection. “Bethlehem,” Israel’s Oscars entry for best foreign film, stars Tsahi Halevi as Razi, an Israeli secret service officer, and his complex and dangerous relationship with his teenage Palestinian informant Sanfur (Shadi Mar’i).
