Day school to host Chanukah book fair
A Chanukah book fair will take place Wednesday, Nov. 12 through Monday, Nov. 17 at Tehiyah Day School, 2603 Tassajara Ave., El Cerrito.
Sales of books, gifts and decorations from Afikomen in Berkeley will benefit the school library. For information, call (510) 233-3013, ext. 111.
Aroner will address brunch at BRJCC
Assemblymember Dion Aroner (D-Oakland) will speak on "The News From Sacramento" at a 10 a.m. brunch Sunday, Nov. 9 at Berkeley Richmond Jewish Community Center, 1414 Walnut St., Berkeley.
