Bar mitzvahed atop a water tower on a kibbutz in Israel at age 52 after a lifetime of nonobservance, comic monologist Josh Kornbluth tells his story on stage in an ensemble in “Sea of Reeds,” and explains what playing the oboe has to do with the Book of Exodus.
