The Ambassador of Dance

Ido Tadmor, the accomplished Israeli dancer, will be at the Oshman Family JCC on Thursday, August 23 to perform three solo works by the English-Israeli choreographer Rachel Erdos. One dance, “and Mr” is based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s novella, “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” and depicts a man coming to terms with the end of his youth. Tadmor is the 2011 winner of the highly respected Israeli “Landau Prize” for life achievement and has represented Israel as its “Ambassador of Dance” for three decades.
