Jewish Agency helps burned down school

by JERUSALEM (JPS) -- Jewish Agency Chairman Avraham Burg is helping to raise funds to rebuild a Reform movement nursery school, wh, Burg and the staff of the agency's Department of Rural and Urban Development initiated a special campaign on behalf of the kinde

Some workers from the Jewish Agency were planning to assist in the school's renovation, while others planned to work with the children inside the building.

Hanna Sorek, chairwoman of the Reform community in Mevasseret Zion, and kindergarten educational director Aliza Landau were extremely moved by the agency's pledge of assistance, and provided a list of items required by the kindergarten that was fully met, supplemented by books and games.
