Insanely funny

Alan Zweibel and Dave Barry have such accomplished résumés it’s not even funny. Well, actually, it is — their work is hilarious. Zweibel is one of the original “Saturday Night Live” writers and author of “The Other Shulman,” about a Jewish man’s midlife transformation. Barry is a Pulitzer Prize–winning humorist whose books include “I’ll Mature When I’m Dead.” The two have collaborated on a new novel, “Lunatics,” and later this month will bring their comic wit and satiric flare to the Oshman Family JCC.
