The Mandel Foundation has donated $5 million to the West Palm Beach Library Foundation in Florida.
The library will be renamed the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach.
The Mandel Foundation supports leadership education programs in its own institutions, as well as at selected universities and organizations worldwide. It was established by brothers Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel of Cleveland. Joseph Mandel and Morton Mandel and his wife, Barbara, are full-time residents of Palm Beach. — jta
