New York City subways will feature advertisements calling for the end of U.S. military aid to Israel.
Starting this month, the posters will run in 18 subway stations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. They will feature images of Palestinians and Israelis with their children and the message “two people, one future.”
The group Be On Our Side is the national campaign behind this effort. New York is the seventh city in which the advertisements have been displayed.
The same posters went up in Bay Area BART and San Francisco Muni stations on Aug. 23. Jewish Voice for Peace, Friends of Sabeel and several other pro-Palestinian group co-sponsored that local initiative. — jta

There have always been enemies of our people who have arisen in our midst. One thinks of Jewish kapos in concentration camps, Jewish party members enforcing Stalin’s anti-cosmopolitans campaigns against Jews, and in our own time, JVP.
They have a long and dark history. They are the spiritual descendants of those who built the golden calf at the foot of Mount Sinai.
