Groups blast anti-circumcision comic book as anti-Semitic

Garish cartoon images of bearded, evil-eyed Jews, fangs bared, knives in hand, ready to slice and dice innocent babies.

They are not from the notorious Nazi propaganda sheet Der Stürmer. They’re from an anti-circumcision comic book and trading cards produced last year by activists seeking to ban circumcision in San Francisco.

Bay Area Jewish community leaders reacted with outrage after seeing images from “Foreskin Man,” a comic book written by Matthew Hess, founder of MGMbill.org, a San Diego group that supports the local anti-circumcision campaign.

BAmore circ
A trading card created by anti-circumcision activist Matthew Hess.
“The imagery in these cartoons is offensive and anti-Semitic,” said Abby Michelson Porth, associate director of the S.F.-based Jewish Community Relations Council. “To imagine that the person who produced this is a principle organizer of the measure to criminalize and ban circumcision in San Francisco is alarming.”

Characters from “Foreskin Man” include a trio of apparently Orthodox Jews wearing kippahs, black coats and long black beards. One of those characters, Monster Mohel, is featured on a trading card with a description that reads in part, “Nothing excites Monster Mohel more than cutting into the penile flesh of an 8-day-old infant boy.”

Foreskin Man himself is a blond muscle-bound superhero, complete with a cape.

“This is an advocacy campaign taken to a new low,” said Nancy Appel, associate regional director of the Anti-Defamation League, in a statement. “This is a sensitive, serious issue where good people can disagree and which the Jewish community feels is an assault on its values and traditions going back thousands of years and centered in the Hebrew Bible.”

Appel said the comic portrays mohels “as rapacious, bloodthirsty and bent on harming children” and that some of the imagery calls to mind age-old anti-Semitic canards such as blood libel, the accusation that Jews ritually murder Christian children.

“Another comic in the series also calls up more subtle anti-Jewish themes, such as when a character complains that the ‘pro-circumcision lobby’ has ‘all of the well-connected doctors and lawyers,’ ” Appel said.

Marilyn Milos, founder of the San Anselmo–based anti-circumcision organization NOCIRC, called the comic books “just stupid” and “in poor taste,” and asserted she and fellow activists have distanced themselves from Hess’ work.

“Anything that denigrates anybody is not helpful to us,” said Milos. “I know the pictures were offensive, not unlike caricatures that were around during the Holocaust. [The comic book] has allowed people to divert away from the real issue, which is circumcision itself and whether children have a right to their own body. So people have called us an anti-Semitic movement.”

In a June 9 tweet from his Twitter page, Hess said, “Foreskin Man is neither anti-Semitic nor anti-physician. But those who cut innocent children will be drawn like the villains that they are.”

The legal language of the San Francisco initiative that will appear on the November ballot is based on text first published on Hess’ website.

The story told in the second issue of “Foreskin Man,” which is for sale on the website foreskinman.com, centers on the story of Sarah and Jethro Glick and their newborn son. Sarah thinks she and her husband had agreed not to circumcise their son, but Jethro has other plans. He secretly invites Monster Mohel to circumcise “little Glick.”

Hess said that he and his supporters are, first and foremost, human rights activists.

“We do what we do because we strongly believe that no one has the right to cut off part of another person’s body without their consent,” Hess wrote in an email. “We believe that amputating part of a boy’s penis is no different in principle than amputating part of a girl’s vulva. If you ask any activist in Africa why she is trying to stop the practice of female genital mutilation, I suspect that her answers would be very similar to ours.”

Writing to the Jewish Journal of Greater Los Angeles on May 31, before the San Francisco Chronicle reported on the comic book’s existence, Hess addressed those who accuse him of being motivated by anti-Semitism.

“As far as the anti-Semitism charge, I might understand such an accusation if our proposed legislation applied to everyone except Jews. That would be like saying we care about all boys except the Jewish ones,” Hess wrote.

The amped-up debate may have impacted the anti-circumcision movement in Southern California. This week, activists withdrew a proposed circumcision ban in Santa Monica, citing religious concerns.

“It shouldn’t have been about religion in the first place,” anti-circumcision activist Jena Troutman told the Jewish Journal. “Ninety-five percent of people aren’t doing it for religious reasons, and with everyone from the New York Times to Glenn Beck focusing on the religious issue, it’s closing Americans down to the conversation.”

The JCRC is leading the fight against the San Francisco initiative, and has assembled a coalition of HIV researchers, medical authorities, civic leaders and clergy from the Muslim, Jewish and Christian communities to support their efforts.

Added Porth, “[The comic book] heightens our concerns about the effect this measure would have if it passes in interfering in Muslim and Jewish religious practice in America.”

Jonah Lowenfeld
of the Los Angeles Jewish Journal and JTA contributed to this story.

Good

It’s past time for this brutal and unnecessary procedure to be outlawed. There’s no justification for it being inflicted on the body of a non-willing human being.

There’s still a lot of ignorance out there among Americans - people who literally have no clue about the negative consequences (as well as the human rights violation) associated with inflicting this unnecessary genital surgery on infants.

Many (but not all - http://www.jewishcircumcision.org , http://www.jewsagainstcircumcision.org ) Jewish people are upset; they think it’s a threat to their freedom of religion. To which we counter: Muslims are legally prohibited from having the genitalia of their baby girls cut for cultural/religious reasons. Males are being denied equal protection under the law, and this is unconstitutional.

Religion really shouldn’t be allowed any more as an excuse for inflicting physical alterations on the body of a non-consenting human being. Besides, babies don’t have a religion. They don’t even understand the concept. And circumcising a child in the name of religion actually infringes upon the child’s individual freedom of religion.

Therefore, a ban on infant cutting would actually preserve our inherent rights acknowledged by the Constitution. It’s just that many people are unwilling to look at it that way ... that’s how strong of a grip this culture of cutting has on the mindset of many Americans. :-(

Wackos

The usual gang of idiots is behind the anti-circumcision movement. There has never been a shortage of granola-crunching, crystal-gazing malefactors in the Bay Area, always ready to use their various “progressive” ideologies to take away others’ liberties.

The blatant anti-Semitism of the comic book, “Foreskin Man,” belies their true motives, even if SUPPOSEDLY Jewish. This comic book was produced by the man who wrote the anti-circumcision initiatives, Matthew Hess.

Circumcision protects against a host of diseases, including AIDS. This is a known medical fact, as even a casual search of the medical literature proves.

The Ban Circumcision initiative has been removed from the Sana Monica ballot because it was deemed to curb religious practice.

It was Glenn Beck, who Bay Area Jewish liberals despise, who exposed the comic book, “Foreskin Man,” on national TV on Monday, June 6, 2011. Never mind, of course, that he is a staunch ally of Israel and pro-Jewish. The Sorros Media Machine, ever intent on censorship and media manipulation, has succeeded in having him removed.

"Intactivists" Aren't Progressive

There is nothing remotely progressive about the effort to outlaw circumcision in San Francisco. It is a reactionary movement masquerading as a human rights movement; indeed, its aim is to restrict the rights of parents to make what is ultimately a family planning decision of the most intimate nature. It is a culturally insensitive movement of the highest order. It’s also important to note that the “intactivists” aren’t interested in the medical evidence; in that respect they are anti-science and anti-intellectual. True progressives must stand up to these bullies and vote NO!

Ridster, the "Progressive"

Well, a nice piece of revisionism this ... the anti-circumcision movement isn’t “progressive” because ridster, a “progressive” is against it.

“Progressivism” is in fact routinely “anti-science” (e.g., global warming and the use of abortion as a method of birth control), inhumane (e.g., siding with Arab terrorists against Israel), “culturally insensitive” (e.g., Sotomayor’s upholding of racism against white New Haven firemen), and, above all, “anti-intellectual” (e.g., its irrational, fanatical obsession with vilification of Sarah Palin and blind allegiance to the historically repudiated Keynesian economics and Marxism).

The anti-circumcision movement is utterly and hopelessly “progressive” in its infantile impulse to remake the world in its own image and in its dictatorial insistence that EVERYONE dance to its tune.

CynDaVaz, You Clearly Don't Care About People Getting HIV, Do You?

From Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the CDC, to physicians worldwide dealing with the AIDS epidemic, doctors and researchers have advocated circumcision as an effective preventive measure which has been found to significantly reduce the rate of HIV.

But ignoramuses such as CynDaVaz clearly don’t care whether a baby grows up to be more vulnerable to AIDS. All she and her fellow morons care about is their little cause. Its people like CynDaVaz who rail against parents not giving their children the decision whether or not to be vaccinated vs potentially lethal diseases.

CynDa, what will be your next cause after this initiative is beaten like a drum in November? I suspect you will take up the cause of those poor Palestinians or some other bogus measure of activism which gives you some reason to live…

more AIDS lies?

I guess you guys didn’t hear that Rebecca Stallings released a similar study in 2005 that said that female circumcision reduced HIV infections by HALF. I can only imagine how many women would be offended if we told them they required bodily surgery on their genitals in order to be accepted. It’s complete sexism.

Tell me where in the first amendment it says that cutting on someone else’s penis constitutes freedom of religion…on the contrary, the Supreme Court ruled years ago that religions cannot infringe upon the rights of someone else….they said that in the Female Genital cutting bill of 1995, so, under the 14th amendment’s equal protection clause, that also applies to men. And before anyone says “They’re not the same” you can stop now. Females circumcised in Islam have the clitoral hoods removed, which is analagous to the male foreskin.

I compare Jews who use the first Amendment to justify circumcision to the Muslims who wanted to use Sharia Law in Oklahoma….religious doctrine cannot be used in legal settings…the court has ruled that numerous times. Therefore, your precious little Torah does not allow you to use the First Amendment to justify cutting on someone else’s genitals, and then let you hide behind your religion. If the Muslims can’t do it, neither can you.

Jews have constantly used the anti-Semetic card to instantly win an argument, because nobody wants to be called a Jew hater. I mean, after all of the bad things that happened to the Jews, I suppose we’re supposed to bend over backwards and make special laws so we don’t offend your little practices. I’m sorry, but your practices border on sadomasochistic pedophilia. Personally, any religion that focuses on cutting the genitals of someone else, much less, a baby boy, is pretty sick, and needs to be re-assessed, if not investigated by the authorities. We have a duty to protect children from having their genitals touched, or altered against their will, and if it’s illegal to do so to a woman, than under law, it’s also a crime to do so to a man.

The United States is not a Christian nation, nor is it a Muslim nation nor a Jewish nation. We do not recognize your religious doctrine as law, and when it begins to impede on the rights of the innocent, the government has every right to step in and intervene to protect its citizens. Religion is a set of beliefs, not concrete evidince that can be used to support a medical procedire. The health claims came hundreds of years after by Jewish doctors who wanted to make a profit off of their “rite of passage”. Don’t believe me? Look up the AAP’s task force on circumcision. Most of the doctors are Jewish, who say that even though the medical claims don’t warrant routine circumcision, parents should still take into account religion and culture…or better yet, JEWISH relgion and culture. 4 of the 7 doctors on this task force are Jewish, so it’s not suprising that Jewish doctors are telling the rest of America that it’s ok to adhere to THEIR beliefs.

Why don’t the Jews stop living in biblical times and living in the future? If circumcision really did prevent HIV, than the United States, which is the most circumcised country of any developed nation, would have less instances of HIV, yet we have the HIGHEST HIV rate than any other developed nation. Time to wake up and smell reality. You’re butchering babies in the name of your own pseudo religion, and it’s time to stop. That’t not your job as a parent, to instill your own religious beliefs on their body. Stop trying to use American laws to support your sick pedophilic traditions.

MisterEquality Reveals His Bigotry

Not only does he expose his ignorance of science vis-a-vis AIDS research in which physicians overwhelmingly recommend circumcision as protection vs HIV-this guy probably also doesn’t believe in evolution-but his commends clearly demonstrate his hatred of Jews.

I could start with his comments that AIDS researchers are biased in favor of circumcision because he says that the majority of researchers are Jewish, when worldwide the scientists who articulate this are of a plethora of ethnic and religious backgrounds. This moron is saying that if a doctor is Jewish, he automatically relegates good science to his religious practices. Shades of Hitler!

But why argue with with a bigot? Whatever credibility the anti-circumcision forces have is throughly undercut, so to speak, by people like the cartoonist who drew Mr. Foreskin and “MisterEquality.” May I suggest to them that they will be more than welcomed by David Duke once their ridiculous campaign is thoroughly trounced by the voters in November…

MisterEquality Would be Funny were He Not So Ignorant

He actually says that the female clitoral hood is equivalent to the foreskin. I mean, how idiotic can you get? But then again, when it comes to female anatomy, this guy is as ignorant as they come.

Of course, I must admit some people oppose circumcised penises for purely aesthetic reasons. Remember how Charlotte says she recoiled in Sex in the City when she saw the “uncut” penis for the first time in a potential lover? She told her girlfriends, “I couldn’t have sex with him. His penis reminded me of a shar pei.”

you guys are the idiots, not me

The female clitoral hood is also called the female foreskin…if you want to look it up, it covers the glans clitoris, which is the same as the glans penis. And if your only argument is that it looks better, that clearly shows how shallow and stupid you really are. This clearly is a case of the Jews being sadomasochistic pedophiles. By the way, I was born Jewish and left the “faith” because sick freaks like you keep trying to use outdated or misrepresented data as medical fact on babies. It doesn’t take a genius to know that this is sadomasochistic and pedophilic at the very least. No, I don’t hate Jews because I was one, but I do hate people who abuse chilren and then try to hide behind their religion like a bunch of nutless yucks. If you knew anything of the AIDS research, you’d know that all three studies were severely flawed, and have since been scientifically disproven, numerous times. It’s pretty insulting to God when you claim to be Jewish, you say that God is perfect, and then you undermind his own creation, because some book, written years ago by a MORTAL told you to. The Torah is not the original word of God, and in fact, many Jews believe that the Torah is not to be taken literally. I’m sure if you did some reading and thinking outside of your precious little circle, you’ll find many Jews who are in support of the circumcision ban, and in fact, many of them were the ones who signed the bill in San Francisco! I’m not anti-Jewish, I am Jewish, so stop again with trying to use the Jewish bitch card when the argument is going your way. I’m sick and tired of my people being sick freak pedophiles who base their entire religion on cutting the genitals of non consenting children, and then try to use our religion as justification.

Get with the times you sick freaks, and stop trying to call me anti-Semetic just because you got pissed at the truth. I’m Jewish, and this sick practice needs to stop, and until it does, I will continue to call our people what they are…sadomasochistic pedophiles. Get over it.

by the way

If you want to keep using the bitching anti-Semetic card, you can stop now. You can help save JWeekly’s bandwidth by not posting the same Jewish bitching OVER and OVER about anti-Semetism. The reason people make jokes about that is because it’s true. We use the same red herring statement whenever someone disagrees with something, and that’s not the way you win an argument. If I was being anti-Semetic, I would have said something much worse, but since Judaism runs in my family, I decided not to. It angers me how downright stupid and ignorant our own people can be, and how we are quick to judge others just because they don’t agree with something outdated and archaic. Why don’t we think outside the box for a change and let other people decide what happens to their own bodies? Who are we to decide who’s Jewish or not? Judaism is a religious beleif, not something you’re born into. Your beliefs change, and just because your parents are Jewish doesn’t mean you are.

So You Were Born Jewish? That Doesn't Mean You are not Anti-Semitic

I mean, look at Noam Chomsky, Barbara Lubin, Dennis Bernstein, Norm Finklestein, and Kapo Michael Lerner. Just because you may have some Jewish blood doesn’t mean you can’t be anti-Semitic as the above named individuals demonstrate. And with your comments, you reveal absolutely the delusion that you don’t like Jews. Please take your bigotry over to David Duke, Alison Weir, and JVP after the election.

I have no doubt these people would welcome a fellow bigot. And you must have some social life, spending your time wallowing in this ridiculous initiative. Did anyone see you leaving that tatoo parlor after you had a swastika etched on your penile shaft? Just askin…

again...

All I’m hearing is “bitch bitch bitch, whine whine whine”

Do you have anything else to say that’s not inflammatory or a red herring argument? I’m Jewish, I respect the people and the religion, but I don’t accept or tolerate the cutting of someone ELSE to justify MY religion. My religion ends where his body begins. Just because I don’t obsess about cutting up the genitals of baby boys doesn’t mean I’m anti-Semetic…it means I have a problem with one tradition that some Jews practice. Not all Jews circumcise, so I’m not the only one who thinks this is pretty sick. Why do we call God perfect, and then cut up something he gave us to make us “better”? The Torah was written by mortal men, not God, so the Torah is not the true word of God, nor is circumcision mandatory, because it contradicts God’s other commandments, as well as Jewish morals. Jewish morality trumps written doctrine, and being Jewish, I often question the Torah, as it was changed over the course of several hundred years, and adapted by other Rabbi’s. Therefore, there’s no true way to prove one way or another that circumcision is mandatory or the true word of God. It’s impossible for anyone to prove that just by referencing the Torah, a book written by mortal men. And no, I didn’t have a swastika tattooed on my penile shaft. Thanks to the sick pedophile Rabbi that gave me my “covenant”, I contracted herpes after he went down on me, which is supposedly some other great Jewish tradition. My penile shaft is also scarred and bent…I was in the hospital for a week due to this great “coveanant”, and as a result I’ve needed several repair operations to fix skin bridges due to an improper circumcision. The Rabbi was a complete asshole when he did it, cut too much, and as a result, my sex life has been in shambles because the skin is so tight that I can’t maintain an erection. All this for a covenant with God I didn’t even want.

I confirm what I said before…this is sadomasochistic pedophilia at its worst, and it needs to stop.

So I’m a bigot because I don’t agree with sexually mutilating baby boys under the name of “religion”?

Ok, if that makes me a bigot, you’re still a sadomasochistic pedophile. It doesn’t change the that you’re forcing your outdated religous beliefs on non consenting males in the form of genital surgery…oh yeah, and then you have a Rabbi go down on him…

Anti-circumcision = Anti-Semitism

“MisterEquality’s” comparison of male circumcision to cliterectomy is completely specious:

1) Cliterectomies are performed much later (age 8 and above) and thus are more prone to result in traumatization of the child.

2) The enervation and blood supply of the foreskin and the clitoris are completely different. The clitoris is much more extensively enervated and has a much richer blood supply, while the foreskin has the same enervation and blood supply as skin anywhere else in the body. Anybody who’s had a skin lesion removed or biopsied knows that these procedures are relatively painless and bloodless. They are entirely routine and usually performed under local anesthesia in a doctor’s office.

so...

Your argument is that just because one type is different than another, that we have to bend over backwards for the Jews, and that cutting on someone else is OK? The clitoris is not removed during a traditional female circumcision, just the clitoral hood. The male foreskin has more nerve endings and more blood vessels than the clitoral hood because the male foreskin is mostly erectile tissue. It expands with the penis during an erection, and helps it maintain it’s size and structure.

Just because we Jews do it at birth and Muslims do it later means nothing…nothing at all. Define trauma…you seem to think that babies are incabable of going into shock or having any long term effects from circumcision, and if my own experience, as well as documented sources of death and disfigurement can shed any light on your apparent lack of knowledge on this subject, you’ll see that the age or sex of the recipient has nothing to do with the ethics behind it. If it’s unethical to remove any part of a woman’s genitals, regardless of the parent’s religious beliefs, how on earth can you sit here and tell me that men don’t deserve the same protection…just because his parents are Jewish and they don’t want to be offended because some people like you think it’s anti-Semetic?

The age/gender of the recipient is completely moot…and it’s obvious you don’t see the comparison. We’re talking about equal rights for everyone, not just women, and not just for pedophilic Jewish parents who think it’s their obligation to begin cutting on someone else’s genitals to satisfy their own religion. Doesn’t matter why it happens or what happens, if it’s illegal, it’s illegal…regardless of gender.

and...

When I say “different” I mean different according to you. If you ask ANY Muslim woman, they’ll tell you it’s identical, and they’ll most likely be insulted if you use terms like “mutilated” when it comes to female circumcision.

This goes to prove how ass backwards our country is when it comes to basic human rights, and how clueless people like you are to female circumcision. The US media has done such a great job with promoting the Jews and bashing the Muslims, they use terms like “mutilation” and “barbaric” for females, but a “parent’s choice” and a “rite of passage” for boys. If the media would do some research for a bit, they’d find that they are identical, and just because craven here thinks that an age or gender difference means anything, proves my point. Your arguments are flawed to begin with when you try to support your own archaic traditions while opposing any form of female circumcision, even when most types of female circumcision are far less invasive than what Jews do at birth.

The “trauma” as you call it that supposedly occurs when a female is circumcised later in life is another western myth. Many females (the mothers) are the ones who support female circumcision the most, and, circucmisions done later are more sanitary because proper pain relief can be given, when that is not the case for infants.

Again, you’re trying to promote something based on western myths, and then saying you can’t compare male vs. female circumcision based on those same myths. Either support both or neither, but stop being a sexist idiot and trying to hide behind your religion.

There’s a reason more and more Jews are leaving the faith, and why many are choosing not to cut on someone else’s genitals. They’re using their brain, not conforming to something that’s as useless and pathetic as the people who try to support it.

Anti-circumcision = Anti-semitism

The prospect of these anti-Semites purporting to speak for babies is ludicrous.

How do these leftist ideologues and bigots know what a baby wants or is in its best interest? What makes them think they know better than that baby’s mom or dad?

They are untrustworthy and irresponsible: They ignore and distort scientific evidence that circumcision protects against disease, including AIDS.

Only in California, only in the Bay Area ...

Misinformation

Incidentally, foreskin is NOT erectile tissue, as “MisterEquality” (what a name for bigot!) claims. Erectile tissue consists of the corpus spongiosum and corpus cavernosum. Foreskin is just that, a redundant superficial layer of skin.

That this idiot can’t even get the basic, fundamental anatomy right pretty much invalidates anything else he may have to say on the subject.

Not Just Anti-Semitism, But Lies, Ignorance & Misinformation

Female circumcision or, more accurately, cliterectomy, ALWAYS involves removal of all or part of the clitoris, not just the “hood,” as claimed by “MisterEquality.”

Further “female circumcision” is not at all the same as male circumcision. It is much more invasive, painful, riskier, and bloodier, as I stated above.  From Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliterectomy):

‘Cook states that historically, the term female circumcision was used, but that “this procedure in whatever form it is practiced is not at all analogous to male circumcision and so the term ‘female circumcision’ gave way to the term ‘female genital mutilation.’”’

All attempts by the anti-circumcision advocates to equate male circumcision with female genital mutilation are erroneous.

These ideologically motivated advocates are not only anti-Semitic bigots, but medically illiterate. They are a fringe movement which has no credibility and which should not be allowed into legitimate public discourse.

From “Pediatrics,” the official journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics, 2007 (http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/119/5/1006.full.pdf):
Circumcision in the Time of HIV: When Is There
Enough Evidence to Revise the American Academy
of Pediatrics’ Policy on Circumcision?

Joseph D. Dickerman, MD

THERE HAVE BEEN 3 recent studies in Africa, involving
10 000 men, that have demonstrated a marked
protective effect of male circumcision with respect to the
acquisition of HIV infection. ... the 2
latest trials strongly affirm circumcision as a means of
preventing HIV infection. Reviews of the literature …have concluded that there is substantial evidence to
support the conclusion that circumcision significantly
reduces the rate of HIV infection ...

Circumcision also protects against certain other sexually
transmitted diseases (STDs).

More bogus health claims!

I love how Jews continue to tout their religious practices as medicine, when in reality, it was done to “control Jewish animalistic impulses”...in fact, a Rabbi from 300 A.D. even wrote that the sole purpose was to remove enough sexual pleasure without destroying procreation. People keep bringing up UTI’s and AIDS with circumcision, especially Jews. It makes them feel better for molesting their children. Let’s take a real close look at these two and see just how full of crap you really are.

UTI’s are the most common form of infection in the human body, and is easily treated with anti-biotics, not surgery. Women get 5 times the urinary infections than men do, and it was proven in two other studies in Africa and the Middle East, that circumcised women have fewer of these infections than intact men do, and that’s because of an obvious biological flaw. Women have no scrotum that separates the urethra from the anus like men do. The leading cause of a feminine UTI is e.coli, NOT having a short urinary tract. Women have a hard time keeping that area clean, and e.coli spreads into the urinary tract after defecation. Don’t believe me? Go to the grocery store, and see how many products are created to stop feminine bacteria and “odor”.

You can compare female and male circumcision all day. When females get done, they get their clitoral hoods removed, which is where 80% of the smegma and other microbes are contained that causes infections. People claim that it’s solely done to control women, but that’s entirely false. It offends Muslim women to be called mutilated or controlled sexually, yet that’s why we do it to men. It was never started for hygiene, so the sooner you stop lying to the world and admitting the truth behind your perverted religion, the better off everyone else will be.

Now on to AIDS. Results of the first randomized clinical trial assessing the protective value of male circumcision against HIV infection, conducted by a team of French and South African researchers in South Africa, were reported in 2005. That trial of more than 3,000 HIV-negative men showed that circumcision reduced the risk of acquiring HIV by 60 percent. Earlier studies claimed an eight-fold reduction. As each new study corrects the errors of its predecessors, the claimed benefit goes down. In this, it resembles parapsychological research. The suspicion arises that when all confounding factors have been allowed for, circumcision will confer no benefit at all.

The Relative Risk Reduction of 53% seems impressive, but when the rates of HIV infection in the experimental and control populations are considered, the results are less impressive. Cut infection rate in 12 months: 1.58% Intact infect. rate in 12 months
3.38% Absolute risk reduction 1.8 (95% CI: 0.64-2.95) Relative risk reduction
53% (95% CI: 23-72) Odds ratio 0.45 (95% CI: 0.27-0.77) Number needed to treat in 1 year 56 (95% CI: 34-155) In other words, you would have to circumcise 56 men to prevent one of them contracting HIV in one year…also keep in mind that one of them will also become infected.

The other “trials” were ended early because the results did not match what they wanted it to say. They did trials in Cameroon, Ghana, Rwanda, Malawi and Lesotho. In Cameroon 4.1% of the circumcised men had HIV and only 1.1% of the intact men had HIV. In Lesotho 15.2 percent of intact men had HIV as opposed to 22.5 percent of circumcised men! You’re sitting here trying to tell me that circumcision prevents HIV? The United States has the highest HIV rate of ANY developed nation in the world, as well as the most number of circumcised men than any other developed nation. In addition, Europe, who is mostly not circumcised has some of the LOWEST HIV rates in the world. Keep trying to push your religious molestation for profit as science, but the rest of the world knows better.

So, you can continue to call me anti-Semetic, laugh at the fact that I got herpes from a homosexual pedophile Rabbi, or question my sexuality (I never once brought up your sexuality, so that must mean you’re questioning your own) if that makes you feel better about molesting your kids for God. I love how “my people” are so smart yet they continue to bitch about this being anti-Semetic, and clearly fail to see that this only protecting their choice to be Jewish or not…that’s not for you to decide. Nobody is born into a religion, so you can drop that bullshit theory right now. A religion is a personal choice that an individual makes about HIS own life, not something his perverted elders force upon him on his PENIS.

Hey Craven

You made two great points:

How does being a parent make you psychic? By being a parent, you automatically know your son wants to be Jewish and wants part of his penis removed? I didn’t know Jewish parents were psychic.

Also, a reduntant flap of skin. Makes sense, coming from a Jew who doesn’t have one. If you did any research (non Jewish) you’ll find that the foreskin has 6 known purposes and one they’re still trying to figure out. Funny how a Jewish doctor will be the one who speaks highly of circumcision (because he believes that way spiritually, it has nothing to do with medical reasons) It’s also good to point out that most of the people in the AAP’s circumcision task force are Jewish…how ironic that Jewish doctors find reasons to support circumcision…

Finally, can you explain to me why Jewish baby boys have more instances of UTI’s than Jewish girls? I’m betting that it’s done in a dirty environent, such as a living room, with non sterile equipent. Then the Rabbi tries to go down on you, spreading his own germs. So much for the hygiene claim.

I’ll say it again too, you asshole. I’m Jewish. This is not anti-Semetic. You’ll have a hard time telling this to the thousands of Jews who support this ban and the many Jews who actually signed the petition. Judisam isn’t based on the appearance of your penis, it’s how you practice your faith and treat others and mankind. I’m sure God’s perfect design didn’t make the primary organ that ensures procreation defective upon birth. Some God you have that creates man in his own image and therefore messes up his own penis.

Do you guys have any idea how stupid and whiny you sound? You keep trying to use bullshit reasoning to continue a sexual practice that defies any form of logic. I thought we were supposed to be a smart group of people, guess not.

So again, continue to call me anti-Semetic if you wish. I’m sure the thousands of Russian Orthodox Jews, as well as the growing number of American who don’t circumcise are anti-Semetic as well, right? Even though they come from the same blood line as you, and are just as Jewish as you are, they don’t circumcise and are against it on moral grounds, so therefore they’re anti-Semetic. Gotcha. Makes sense…I think…..

oh, one more thing...

The foreskin is a double layered piece of skin, consisting of an inner and an outer portion. The inner portion is mucousal, like the labia, which aids in lubrication during sex. Ever wonder why circumcised men need to use more lube? There’s your answer, in fact, KY Jelly is hard to find in countries that don’t circumcise, it’s recognized as a specialty product.

Oh yeah, wanna know why the countries that circumcise have more instances of erectile dysfunction? It’s simple really. When you cut on a piece of skin that’s connected to the entire penis, there is nerve damage. Whether you want to admit it or not, circumcised men have nerve damage. 20,000 specialized nerve endings have been severed. Wanna know why some men have too tight of an erection? They were cut too much, which proves the point that the foreskin is part erectile tissue. It grows with the erection to support the size and function.

But, I guess for a group of perverts that think it’s cool to cut that off at birth, it would be hard to understand the true function of something they were denied at birth.
