Wornick fundraiser includes 17 dinners, celebrities

Ronald C. Wornick Jewish Day School in Foster City is slated to hold “Feast Your Mind,” a community-wide annual learning event, on March 13. A free 4:30 p.m. reception at the school will be followed by 17 different fundraising dinners starting at 7 p.m. in private homes around the Bay Area.

Each dinner will feature a different special guest discussing topics ranging from medicine to literature, current events and cuisine. Speakers include Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist Joel Brinkley, actor-producer and “MythBusters” co-host Adam Savage, Schmidt Chocolates founder Joseph Schmidt, former San Francisco 49ers tight end Jamie Williams and Google e-commerce executive Stephanie Tilenius.
