Reform rabbis urged to support, conduct gay unions

The issue of gay marriage is scheduled to come to a vote at the CCAR's 1998 convention. The CCAR already is on record supporting same-sex civil marriages.
Several CCAR members from the Bay Area who are gay urged the group last year to make that support official policy.
