The Jewish Community Center of San Francisco will hold a community Rosh Hashanah celebration. The free event takes place from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8 in the JCC’s Pottruck Family Atrium.
The year 5771 will be celebrated with organic apples, honey, singing and the sounding of the shofar.
