The JCC of the East Bay’s Early Childhood Education Program is launching a Bridge-K program for 5-year-olds who could benefit from a year of enrichment before entering kindergarten.

The Reggio Emilia–inspired program is specifically for children with late-fall birthdays or for those who need more time to develop their social and emotional skills through play-based learning. Children will attend Bridge-K from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, with before- and after-care available.

An open house will held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 13 at the JCC of the East Bay, 1414 Walnut St., Berkeley. For information, contact Ruth Petersen Shorer at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or (510) 848-0237 ext. 122.
