Parents Place seeks participants, volunteers for Marin marathon

Parents Place will be a beneficiary of the second annual Marin County Marathon on April 25.
Participants in the marathon will start and finish near McNear’s Beach Park on San Pablo Bay to raise funds for organizations including Parents Place, a program of Jewish Family and Children’s Services. There also will be a half marathon, 10k run, family 5k run and kids’ run.
The gates near McNears Beach Park in San Rafael will open at 6 a.m. Runs begin at 7:30 a.m. To register for the runs, visit http://www.marinmarathon.com. To volunteer on behalf of Parents Place, email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
