Mysticism, children, focus of two classes
Rabbi Steven Fisdel will teach a course titled "The Many-Petaled Rose: A Practical Introduction to Mysticism" at 7 p.m. Wednesdays, May 7,14 and 21 at Albert L. Schultz Jewish Community Center, 655 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto. Cost is $55 for members, $65 for non-members.
Also, a workshop led by three rabbis on "Will Our Children Be Jewish?" will take place at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, May 8 through June 19 at ALSJCC. Cost is $12 for members, $18 for non-members. To register for either, call (415) 493-9400.
