Shul to hold Internet conference at Twitter

With more and more Jewish agencies using Twitter and Facebook, Congregation Adath Israel is sponsoring a conference titled “Jewish Ethics and the Internet: How the Internet is Changing Human Relationships.”

The conference will be held at — where else? — Twitter headquarters, 795 Folsom St., San Francisco. It will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11.

Presenters include Auren Hoffman, CEO of Rableaf, a social data provider that helps companies better understand their consumers; David Pelcovitz, a professor at Yeshiva University; and Del Harvey, director of trust and safety at Twitter.
