The American Conference of Cantors will sponsor a pair of December concerts featuring a dozen Bay Area cantors performing everything from Jewish liturgy to folk-rock. Proceeds from the concerts go to scholarships for campers who attend Union of Reform Judaism camps. The concerts take place Dec. 5 in Los Gatos and Dec. 6 in San Rafael.

Participating local cantors include David Margules, Lauren Bandman, Roz Barak, Sharon Bernstein, Devorah Felder-Levy, Martin Feldman, Rita Glassman, ACC President Kay Greenwald, Elana Jagoda, Leigh Korn, Barry Reich, and Meeka Simerly.

The first concert takes place 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at Congregation Shir Hadash, 20 Cherry Blossom Lane, Los Gatos. For information, call (408) 358-1751.
