‘Dybbuk’ at CJM

Habima, the national theater company of Israel, will make its first appearance in the Bay Area with a new rendition of S. Asnky’s classic folktale “The Dybbuk” at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in July. The performance is co-sponsored by the Israel Center of the S.F.-based Jewish Community Federation and the Consulate General of Israel.

The show will run July 8 and 9 at 7 p.m., and July 12 at 5 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15-$20. There will also be a free family-oriented puppet demonstration at 3 p.m. July 12. The CJM is located at 736 Mission St., S.F. For information, visit http://www.thecjm.org.
