Chabad of the Greater South Bay will kindle a giant Lego menorah 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17 at City Hall Plaza, 250 Hamilton Ave., Palo Alto. Children are invited to participate in the construction of the menorah. (650) 424-9800.
