Born on August 3 to David and Michele Bartfeld of Redwood City, a daughter, Abigail Rose, sister to Jordana and Zachary. Proud grandparents are Jeri and Bruce Bartfeld of San Mateo, Susan Vogel and Ron Gravatt of Redwood City, and Joel Lurie and Nancy Ellenbogen of San Rafael. Great-grandparents are Stephen Simon of San Francisco and the late Bettie Simon, Edith Lurie of Burlingame and the late Kurt Lurie, the late Joseph Bartfeld and the late Lorraine and Philip Vogel.
