Shirley Davis on July 12, 2006 in Kentfield. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Barnard Davis; loving mother of Gwen (Robert Toso) Davis-Toso and Dr. Stanley (Lee) Davis; loved sister of Bernie (Margie) Chakonova and Roslyn Sklersky; devoted grandmother of Michele Sondheimer (David) Hein, Joshua (Mary Ann) Sondheimer, Marc Sondheimer, Andrea Davis and Theodore "Ted" Davis and great grandmother of Alana Hein and Aidan Sondheimer. Mary Benard Jacobson Sheff 94 years old; born in St. Louis, Missouri, a San Francisco resident for more than 80 years. She has left family and friends in this world to join her family and friends in the next. Beloved wife of the late Harry Jacobson and the late Sam Sheff, loving mother of Larry Jacobson (wife Jonell) and Al Jacobson. Dear sister to Joe Benard (late wife Miriam) and the late Herbert Benard (late wife Naomi) and the late Annette Webster (late husband Phil). Cherished grandmother of Heather and Brooke Jacobson and great grandmother of Robert Costello and Nike Jackson. Beloved aunt to many nieces, nephews and grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. A member for more than 80 years of B'nai Brith Women as well as a member of Hadassah and ORT for more than 50 years. Funeral Services were held at Salem Memorial Park on Sunday, July 9, 2006. Jack Mihalovich, 77, passed away on Sunday, July 16th in Alameda, CA. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sayre; sister, Marina Rodan of Versailles, France; children, Karen Mihalovich of Cotati; Dan Mihalovich and Judy Stern of Tiburon; Phil and Kathy Caskey of Oakland; Suesan and Ken Sayre-Peterson of Elk Grove; and grandchildren Nate and Cayla Mihalovich, Amanda and Laura Caskey and Sabrina and Kayla Sayre-Peterson.
