Engagement

Nicole Renee Billard and Todd Jeremy Yerman joyfully announce their engagement.

Nicole is the daughter of Dona Billard of Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, and Allan Billard of Halifax, Nova Scotia. She received her bachelor's degree in biology at Dalhousie University in Halifax and is a financial institution manager at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Vancouver. Nicole is the sister of Robert Billard of Vancouver, the granddaughter of Renee and the late Robert Billard of Calgary, Alberta and Geneva and the late Emery Hyson of Mahone Bay.

Todd is the son of Nancy and Jay Yerman of Novato. He received his bachelor's degree in environmental studies at U.C. Santa Cruz and graduated with honors from the University of Toronto Medical School and is doing his residency in Vancouver. Todd is the brother of Jordan Yerman, the grandson of Jean and the late John Yerman of San Francisco and Frieda and the late Irving Wolman of Toronto.

A spring wedding is planned.
