Shannon Stein and Shaul Nassi were married Oct. 10 at Temple Israel in Stockton. Rabbis Steven Chester and Jason Gwasdoff officiated. The black tie reception was held at Hutchins Street Square in Lodi.
The bride is a family law attorney at Hammer and Jacobs in San Jose. She is the daughter of Donna and Ron Stein of Stockton.
The groom works at Premier Inc. He is completing his master's degree in engineering at San Jose State. He is the son of Jean and Meno Nassi of Palo Alto. He is the brother of JoJo Nassi of San Diego. Grandparents are Allegra and JoJo Nassi.
Maids of honor were Krista Pfefferkorn and Lilah Morris. Bridesmaids were Erin Ellis, Deborah Stein, Jodi Davidson, Rebecca Marcus, Caren Guiterrez, Robin Swanson, Lainie Pittell and Mary Pierce. Groomsmen were Saul Nassi, David Weinstein, Tom Prountzous, Kevin Cantwell and Mickey Berman.
After a honeymoon in Australia, the couple is living in Sunnyvale.
Michelle Lynn Specker and Keith Hayden Richman were married April 2 at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, Kohala Coast, Big Island of Hawaii. Officiated by Dr. Barry Blum. The reception was held in the ballroom at Mauna Lani.
The bride is a second-grade teacher at the Center for Early Education in Los Angeles. She received a bachelor of arts degree in European studies from UCLA. She is the daughter of Maggi and Lewis Specker of Greenbrae. She is the sister of Matthew Specker of Los Angeles. Grandparents are Annette Norris of San Francisco and the late Allen Norris. the late Gita and Lewis Specker.
The groom is a media executive. He received a bachelor of arts degree in international relations from Stanford and a master's degree in international policy. He is the son of Amy and Marvin Richman of Scottsdale, Ariz. He is the brother of Mark Richman of Los Angeles, Jessica Richman of Berkeley and Susanne Richman of San Francisco. Grandparents are the late Minnie and Morris Richman of Brooklyn and the late Sylvia and Max Rubin of Brooklyn.
After a honeymoon in Maui and South America, the couple resides in Los Angeles.
Wendy Jae Rosenthal and Harold (Hal) Nathan Kelton were married Oct. 10, 2004 at Congregation Beth Israel in Carmel. Rabbi Bruce Greenbaum officiated. Alisa Fineman provided the music. The bride's cousin Vicki Zettler of San Francisco hand-made the chuppah.
The bride is an elementary school teacher for the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District. She is the daughter of Bobbe L. Bernstein of Canoga Park and Avram E. Rosenthal of Montgomery, Texas.
The groom co-owns Sierra Pacific Sales & Consulting. He is the son of Marcy Jae Levin of Monterey and Richard M. Kelton of Palm Coast, Fla.
The bride's personal attendant was her cousin Barbara Beaton of Woodland Hills. Chuppah holders were the bride's siblings Sheryl Rosenthal, of Kensington, Md., Howard Rosenthal of Shanghai, China, Michael and Danielle Rosenthal of Littleton, Colo., and the groom's siblings Rachelle Kmetz of Orlando, Fla., Michael Kelton of Bradenton, Fla., Russell Kelton of DeLand, Fla. and Kori Prior of Las Vegas. The flower girl was the groom's niece Hayley Kmetz of Orlando, Fla. The ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Jacob Kmetz of Orlando, Fla. The usher was the groom's brother-in-law, Chris Kmetz of Orlando, Fla.
After a honeymoon in the Caribbean, the couple is living in Corral de Tierra.
