Survivor’s art to appear in Los Angeles

In its only appearance on the West Coast, the art of Holocaust survivor Samuel Bak is currently on display for nine weeks in Los Angeles.
Bak began painting at age 3, and his paintings were on display in the Vilna Ghetto, where he spent his childhood. He and his mother were later smuggled out of a labor camp.
The exhibit, called "Between Worlds," consists of 40 paintings." It is now on display at the Finegood Art Gallery at the Bernard Milken Jewish Community Campus, 22622 Vanowen St., West Hills, CA.
