Maine senator to address upcoming

AIPAC events

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) will be the keynote speaker at four upcoming lunches and dinners of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

A member of the Armed Services Committee who has proven to be a friend of Israel, Collins will speak with Howard Kohr, executive director of AIPAC.

A Sacramento lunch will take place 11 a.m. Dec. 7 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1230 J St., Sacramento. Cost is $40.

The South Bay dinner, $75, will take place 6 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Fairmont Hotel, 170 South Market St., San Jose.

The San Francisco lunch will take place 11:30 a.m. Dec. 8 at the Westin St. Francis, 335 Powell St. Cost is $60.

An East Bay dinner, $70, will take place 6 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Oakland Marriott Hotel, 1001 Broadway, Oakland.
