Katzen, Harry R. In Berkeley, Sept. 28, at home with his family. Age 90. Husband of Adele Lemonow Katzen for 56 years. Father of Sharon Deutch, Jessica (and Richard) Behrman and Samuel Katzen (and Linda Tsoi). Grandfather of Alex and Danielle Katzen and Nomi and Kira Deutch. Sister of Allyson Epstein. Born Dec. 12, 1912 in Altoona, Pa., as the 10th of 11 children. Graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1934. Captain of 1099 Signal Company during World War II, responsible for communications for the 9th Air Force in the European Theater. Owned an ice plant with his brother in Philadelphia. Real estate broker in Philadelphia before retiring with his wife to Berkeley. Services were held at the Tel Shalom section of Rolling Hills Memorial Park, Richmond.

Seagel, Lee F. In Riverside, Sept. 24. Age 98. Mother of Leila (and Dan) Price. Mother-in-law of Talila Seagel. Grandmother of Michael Neiman, Aaron White, Rosanne and Pauline Price, Hadar Rozen and Sagi, Haggai and Adva Seagel. Great-grandmother of Cybele Pena, Zoe Neiman, Davy Schwitzgebel, Sonia Price Kulkarni and Ori Rozen. Great-great-grandmother of Ife Pena. Aunt of Jay and Harriet Schnitzer, Bill and Goldie Schnitzer, Celia and Leland Douglas, and Carole and Michael Ricci. Great-aunt of Sabrina Flynn, David and Stephen Douglas and Nathan Schnitzer.
