of Luisa and Rodolfo Gonzalez of Alhambra, and Michael Schwartz of Duarte, son of Carol Schwartz of San Ramon and the late Richard Schwartz, have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be received a bachelor's degree from Cal State Los Angeles. She is a dealer account manager for Ford Credit Corporation.

Her fiancé received a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. He is a finance director. Grandparents are Mel Jacobs of Walnut Creek and the late Esther and Bill Schwartz.
